Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@prospelaskin.com to start a return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions. Packages sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once the return is accepted, purchase the replacement separately.

Refund Timeline
We will notify you upon inspection of your return. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional processing time.
