Prospela collects personally identifiable information when you interact with our service. This includes your name, delivery and billing address, phone number(s), email address, and payment details when you place an order.

If you choose to complete a user registration form, survey, or promotional form, we may ask for additional contact information. We also collect non-personally identifiable information such as IP addresses, browser type, time zone, and referring URL for internal analytics purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to fulfill orders, respond to requests, deliver newsletters, and send product information and promotional communications. Marketing communications require your consent.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting info@prospelaskin.com. Processing takes up to 10 days. Transactional emails regarding your orders will continue regardless of marketing preferences.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used, and measure our advertising. The services involved are:

• —Microsoft Advertising and Microsoft Clarity: ad measurement, plus heatmaps and session replays that show how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling, pages viewed). Form fields are masked, and checkout is not recorded. Microsoft's use of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• —Meta (Facebook and Instagram): ad measurement and showing our ads to people who visited the site. It is not used on our pages about eye conditions.
• —Klaviyo: email and text sign-ups and related site activity.
• —Shopify: checkout, and the advertising pixels connected to it (Google, Meta, TikTok and Amazon).
• —Vercel: anonymous site performance measurement.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland, Washington and Nevada are asked before these cookies are used. Anyone can accept or decline at any time through “Your Privacy Choices” at the bottom of any page, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal (with it on, Microsoft Advertising, Clarity and Meta are not used). You can access and modify your personal data through your account settings. Please note that certain information may persist for administrative and legal purposes even after deletion requests.

Personal information is retained as long as accounts remain active and as necessary for our legitimate business interests, legal obligations, and to prevent harm.

Our service is not intended for persons under 13 years old. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from children. Upon discovering such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
